All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our secure payment partner, Whop.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
You retain ownership of the project data and SOWs you generate. We only use this content to power our service and improve AI outputs — never for marketing or third-party access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for abuse, violations, or suspected fraud.
TeknoMad SOW Studio is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
